Director, Customer Marketing

As a part of the enterprise marketing team, you will be a key contributor to helping customers adopt Zenoti solutions and poise themselves for rapid growth.  You’ll partner closely with customer experience, sales, and marketing leadership to recommend, implement and optimize highly visible targeted marketing programs for Zenoti’s customers. You need a proven ability to partner with others to work collaboratively.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a customer marketing program.
  • Create and execute marketing programs that communicate and drive Zenoti’s value proposition to customers to drive adoption, advocacy and upsell opportunities.
  • Work with Product Marketing to roll out persona-based content, tailoring the narrative to individual audiences in order to maximize relevance and impact, and increase adoption rates.
  • Analyze customer data, trends, and insights to develop data-driven GTM strategies and plans.
  • Measure the effectiveness and ROI of customer marketing and ensure it delivers on company goals and upsell targets.
  • Be in the market often so that you are at the pulse of customer needs and how our evolving offering, branding, and messaging needs to be shaped to meet those needs.
  • Drive strategic customer partnerships.

Skills & Experience

  • 10 years’ experience in a related marketing or consulting role, preferably at a B2B SaaS company, with emphasis on business, customer, product and/or solution marketing
  • Knowledge and experience in the development, marketing and/or sales of beauty and wellness enterprise software
  • Experience organizing and pushing a program forward, identifying a clear path for all parties, and keeping the group on time and on goal.
  • Independent thinking, with experience in managing multiple complex projects and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to craft a communications strategy and narrative, and present clearly and compellingly to executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing and editorial skills and proven content creation experience
  • “Roll up your sleeves” attitude and a true team player with great communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience in designing and executing marketing and communications programs
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience; Master's degree or MBA a plus

Note: This role will be remote to start, but on a long-term basis will operate from the Zenoti office in Bellevue, WA. We are also open to remote working on a permanent basis
