If your values align with ours, we’d love to hear from you! We are seeking passionate, energetic, fun-loving behavior analysts to supervise a caseload of clients aged 2-7 in a center-based setting. Our vision is to create a nurturing, preschool alternative environment for children with autism using the principles of ABA to teach them skills that matter. Using naturalistic teaching strategies, we hope to teach our clients how to self-direct their own learning and play, as well as express their unique personalities.

Responsibilities:
- Perform VB-MAPP, Vineland, and other research-based assessments
- Design custom treatment plans and programming for each client
- Write comprehensive reports that meet insurance requirements
- Track and monitor progress data, make changes to programs when progress is not demonstrated
- Supervise and deliver feedback to behavior therapists
- Provide collaborative and supportive structure during supervision sessions
- Model playful session implementation
- Conduct performance reviews and goal-setting meetings with behavior therapists
- Provide individual and group trainings to behavior therapists
- Facilitate individual and group meetings with behavior therapists
- Meet with parents regularly and provide consistent parent training and support
- Collaborate with schools and outside providers to offer holistic client support
- Write objective and thorough session notes
- Provide direct service to clients as needed, which may be on a daily or weekly basis depending on scheduling needs
- Engage in highly energetic play outdoors in a variety of types of weather
- Support the whole center with group routines and transitions, including helping set up and clean up shared spaces throughout the day
- Independently meet monthly billable expectations
Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree with current certification as a BCBA (required)
- Active MA LABA (required)
- Experience conducting various research-based assessments
- Humble leadership
- Loves working with people and welcoming of different perspectives
- High level of creativity in designing activities for children
- Out-of-the-box thinker
- Knowledge of naturalistic teaching strategies in ABA
- Knowledge of AAC devices and programming for their use
- Knowledge of pairing procedures and ability to model strong pairing strategies
- Ability to provide constructive feedback
- Strong ability to collaborate and communicate with others
- Creative problem solving skills
- Must be able to lift, transport, and chase clients (minimum 30lb)
Position reports to the CEO and Executive Director
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
