We have been experiencing tremendous growth in all these areas and operate under several government rebate programs that ensure a steady and reliable flow of revenues. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: (THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION)
- Strategic Social Media Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the broader marketing goals of Chargetronix and ZIEG, focusing on audience engagement, brand promotion, and lead generation.
- Platform Expertise: Manage and optimize our presence across key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) with a focus on the EV/EVSE industry.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with content creators to develop and curate engaging, brand-consistent content across various social media channels.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with our online community, responding to comments, managing direct messages, and fostering a positive brand image.
- Campaign Development: Plan and execute creative social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers and industry thought leaders to expand our reach and credibility in the clean energy and technology sectors.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools; adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Event Promotion: Utilize social media platforms to promote company participation in trade shows, webinars, and other events.
- Crisis Management: Monitor social channels for any negative feedback or crisis situations and respond appropriately in coordination with the PR and marketing teams.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the technology, clean energy, or B2B sectors.
- Content Creation Skills: Proficiency in creating engaging content tailored to different social media platforms, including basic graphic design and video editing skills.
- Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of and experience with various social media platforms and their best practices, particularly in a B2B context.
- Communication and Engagement Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a knack for engaging and growing an online community.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret social media metrics and insights to guide strategy and report ROI.
- Adaptability: Able to adapt to the fast-paced nature of social media and stay abreast of the latest trends and platform changes.
- Collaborative Spirit: Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with various internal teams and external partners.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the EV/EVSE industry or a strong interest in clean technology and sustainable practices.
- Digital Marketing Experience: Experience with digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO and email marketing integration.
- Creative Flair: A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box for social media campaigns and initiatives.
