What are the responsibilities and job description for the Public Agency Sales Rep position at Zero Nox, Inc.?
Job Purpose
The Public Agency Sales Rep will work to assist current customers and find new customers to close sales and drive revenue.
Job Duties
The Public Agency Sale Rep will work to develop new leads, communicate with customer, and understand what their needs are. This position is a part of the sales team and is the main driver of sales to public agencies (i.e. Firehouses, Police Stations, School Districts etc.). Occasionally you may be expected to help prepare and schedule demos, tours, shows and expos and helping ensure the company is well represented. The ideal candidate must be comfortable making cold calls and communicating about all aspects of our product to customers to generate interest and sales.
Required Skill/Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and ensure a good customer experience during the buying process.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in working with CRM’s
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience
High school diploma required.
Working Conditions
Office setting, constant sitting, working on a computer, cold calls, occasional lifting and warehouse conditions. Occasional travel to customers in area may be required. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
Compensation
Hourly Wage: $18.00 (Full-Time, non-exempt) commission
