Senior Public Sector Platform Analyst

OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW ZeroFox seeks a Senior Public Sector Platform Analyst responsible for building and maintaining post sales relationships with our largest and most complex customers. As a Senior Public Sector Platform Analyst, You will serve as primary trusted technical advisor, primary support contact, and aligned resource to your dedicated public sector customer(s). The goal of each ZeroFox Senior Public Sector Platform Analyst is to exceed client expectations and drive value. You will do this by proactively updating the customer’s platform, creating reporting that clearly shows the effectiveness of their solution, providing ongoing outreach and education to your client(s) and being the internal ZeroFox advocate for your customer(s) needs. This role reports within ZeroFox’s Global Security and Intelligence department (GSI). You will be tasked with collecting intelligence requirements from multiple points of contact and communicating this information effectively to internal delivery and configuration stakeholders. Responsibilities will also include continuously working to maximize delivery efficiency and advising on new approaches customer stakeholders can take to address their constantly changing and evolving physical and cyber security needs. In addition you will serve as a point of escalation to effectively triage and address inbound issues and requests from the customer. The Senior Public Sector Platform Analyst will be responsible for working with customers to define business and technical requirements, while supporting the product and services team in defining scope of work and budget by negotiating trade offs or new requirements / change orders. A successful applicant will need to nurture relationships, both internally and externally, provide amicable customer solutions, and be technically proficient on the ZeroFox SaaS platform.
