Zeus Industrial's expectations:
- A strong desire to learn skilled, detailed, and sometimes complicated tasks. We encourage our employees to be curious and always ready for a challenge!
- Work a demanding schedule. Normal work hours are 6pm - 6am Monday through Saturday morning. Mandatory overtime on Saturday is common and Sunday overtime is a possibility. That means that an average 60-70 hours per week will bring in MAJOR earning potential!
- Strong attention to detail and quality. "Good enough" ISN'T good enough at Zeus. Our customers expect quality, near perfect products that requires precise measuring specifications and rigorous record-keeping of our custom made orders.
- Ability to work independently for long periods of time.

- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time with or without an accommodation
In addition to meeting our base expectations, superior candidates will also have:
- Previous manufacturing experience, particularly with plastics extrusion
- Experience with precision measuring tools
- Familiarity with quality control systems
- ISO certificate
