Zeus Industrial's expectations:

• A strong desire to learn skilled, detailed, and sometimes complicated tasks. We encourage our employees to be curious and always ready for a challenge!
• Work a demanding schedule. Normal work hours are 6pm - 6am Monday through Saturday morning. Mandatory overtime on Saturday is common and Sunday overtime is a possibility. That means that an average 60-70 hours per week will bring in MAJOR earning potential!
• Strong attention to detail and quality. "Good enough" ISN'T good enough at Zeus. Our customers expect quality, near perfect products that requires precise measuring specifications and rigorous record-keeping of our custom made orders.
• Ability to work independently for long periods of time.

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time with or without an accommodation

In addition to meeting our base expectations, superior candidates will also have:

• Previous manufacturing experience, particularly with plastics extrusion
• Experience with precision measuring tools
• Familiarity with quality control systems
• ISO certificate

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for:

• The ability to carry out oral and written instructions along with the ability to adapt to different situations.
• Must have the ability to acquire a thorough knowledge of all testing and measuring devices.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods, walk extensively, and produce a high quality product
• The employee must have the ability to perform inspection functions such as visual inspection to detect cosmetic defects and color differentiation of products.
• High School diploma or Equivalent
• Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this position. Any unscheduled absence or tardy will have a negative impact on our ability to meet production objectives.
• Must be willing and able to work night shift
