Position Overview:
To assist in the successful production of high quality IFA test systems. S
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- 1. Follow all approved procedures and complete production neatly and accurately in accordance with FDA requirements.
2. Ability to manufacture, or aid in the manufacturing (rack, tray, fixation, coat raw glass, wetability, inspect, package, bundle, dispense with the Electrapette/Impact dispensers), all IFA Test Systems products in accordance with the weekly schedule.
3. Prepare paperwork each week to accompany picking tickets.
4. Perform daily laboratory surface cleaning and maintain a safe environment.
5. Remove bio-hazardous waste from work area utilizing all necessary precautions and bring to designated pick up areas.
6. Obtain common stockroom supplies for the Wash/Autoclave Room(s).
7. Perform daily autoclave runs.
8. Perform daily glassware runs.
9. Perform daily cleaning of large carboys and vessels.
10. Maintain and produce Reiters and Sorbent needs.
11. Respirator use may be necessary.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this position occasional lifting up to 55 pounds is required.
Computer Skills
Basic computer knowledge with the ability to use Microsoft Office programs.
Working Hours
Monday though Thursday 7:45 am - 4:30 pm 1and Friday 8 am - 12 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
