We are looking for a new colleague in the Quality Department at our location in Marshall, IL.

Responsibilities
Provides leadership and vision to the quality technician organization.
Provides technical direction on issues relating to Material and Process Quality.
Support ZF/Marshall process quality directives and procedures.
Facilitate communication between all functional areas, facilities, and customers to focus on continuous improvement.
Assist in the qualification of new product/process introductions.
Support Quality Engineer teams with data searches.
Maintain systems, equipment, and supplies to support the analysis of product/process approvals and issue resolutions.
Executes containment actions defined in the Marshall Non-Conforming Process procedures. for in-process and finished goods during quarantine of a quality issue.
Assist Quality/Process teams in creating/updating analysis process/procedures.
Assist in the disposition of non-conformation material.
Coordinate with Human Resources QC technician training plans. Ensure QC technician stay update to date on the training objectives.
Monitor and log QC Tech production calls to identify workload and improve efficiency.
Ensure team follows ZF/Marshall directed standards. Examples are IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001
Support Product Review Board (PRB) meeting and actions.
Continuous improvement initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned
Ensure QC Technician are complying with the ZF/Marshall health, safety, and environmental programs, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
BSEE degree with more than 2 years of experience; BS Technical degree with 4-8 years’ experience
Experience with Automotive quality-related activities such as SPC, DOE, FMEA.
Analytical problem-solving techniques using quality tools, team building, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of soldering, placement, and other electronic assembly processes.
Experience analyzing data and predicting field exposure with reliability tools is preferred
Experience managing people.
