ZF is looking for a SIOP Analyst to join the team in Gray Court, SC!
Responsibilities:
* Lead the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process through data analysis
* Lead monthly Demand Review analysis with plant level Supply Chain team, Sales and Customer Delivery Champions to ensure the best forecast is loaded for each major customer
* Lead monthly Supply Review analysis with plant Operations to determine what the changes from the Demand Review will have on each location
* Track and analyze forecast accuracy and use the data to improve future short and long term forecast planning
* Track and analyze inventory levels and settings to determine opportunity and ensure inventory targets are achieved
* Develop and improve processes and best practices to increase customer and supplier on time delivery, reduce premium freight and meet inventory targets
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
* Sufficient knowledge in organizational skills
* Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
* 3 years of experience in manufacturing processes and procedures
* SAP knowledge
* Lean Manufacturing training & Six Sigma certification
