What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary Summer Help - Shop Helper position at Ziegler Cat?
Responsibilities:
- Trash & recycling removal
- Cleaning in both shop & facility
- Wash machines in the wash bay
- Help out technicians with odd jobs
- Perform preventative maintenance on shop equipment
- Help out maintaining the yard
- Assistance in parts if needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Strong work ethic
- Self guided
- Follows directions
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Mechanical aptitude is preferable
- Interest in the field of Ag service preferable but not required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Minimum Physical Requirements:
- Push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Lift/carry up to 50 lbs
- Lift bulky objects
- Standing, walking, using hands, talking, hearing, Neck rotation, trunk rotation, stair climbing, ladder climbing, repetitive bending, kneeling, sustained squat, forward reaching, overhead reaching, crawling, walking.
- Working Conditions may be indoor and/or outdoor. Noise level may be loud at times.
