SUMMARY OF OVERALL PURPOSE
RESPONSIBLE FOR PERFORMING DATA ANALYSIS TO AID IN THE DESIGN OF SOLUTIONS IN SUPPORT OF BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS, ADHERENCE TO PROCESS, AND DELIVERY OF ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS, PROCESS IMPROVEMENT, AND ENHANCING END USER EXPERIENCE.
WORKS WITH PARTNERS AND VENDORS ON QUALITY INITIATIVES, REPORTING, AND GOVERNANCE.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Data analysis pulls and analyzes data from one or multiple sources
- Creates dashboards and reporting using tools in our environment (Tableau, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Leads small scale projects within the IT Service Delivery space
- Performs quality and accuracy assessments of data and sources.
- Assists other team members with performing / documenting gap analysis and develops plans to support final analysis outcomes.
- Works with others to understand individual and team requirements of report objectives, presentation needs, and / or project deliverables.
- Works on special initiatives which could include streamlining of process, quality initiatives, or leading small-scale projects.
- Works collaboratively across multiple departments to identify root cause; record and resolve problems; and avoid incidents.
- Support IT Strategy Goals and Objectives. Drives initiatives and outcomes that support IT and Business strategies.
- Additional activities as identified by management.
- MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS PREFERRED
- Bachelor’s Degree and / or 2 4 years of related experience OR High School Diploma or GED with 4-6 years of related experience.
- Must be an organized, self-starter and results oriented person.
- Must be capable of adapting to change
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with all levels of an organization
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations to Senior Leader levels
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence differing and diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, COBIT, ITIL, CMMI and other process standards.
