Pay Rate: $28-$30 dependent on experience

Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a leader in the flavor and fragrance manufacturing industry, is seeking a highly talented Accounts Payable Representative to join the team on 1st shift in the Account Payable team. Accounts Payable Coordinator Job Summary

Hours - 8a- 5p Monday through Friday

Fully Onsite position

• Review, verify, and process invoices and payments accurately.
• Communicate with vendors to address and discrepancies, billing issues, or payment inquiries.
• Prepare and execute payments including checks, wire transfers, and ACH payments.
• Verify and Process employee expense reports.
• Help with month end closing activities through preparation and gathering supporting materials.
• Other duties as relating to Accounts Payable activities.
  
  

Accounts Payable Requirements:

• Associates degree
• 4 years in Accounts Payable- Ideal experience in manufacturing
• Strong Dynamics 365 experience
