Foam Operator (Full-Time)

Zinus USA specializes in producing and distributing furniture, particularly mattresses, bed frames, and other home furnishings. We are currently looking for candidates interested in learning about the foaming process at our McDonough, GA facility.

Job Details:

• Job: Foam Operator

HOURLY RATE:

• $18/hour
• You will receive 3,6,9,12 monthly increases. (More than 15% increase throughout the year)

We also offer an attendance bonus!

SCHEDULE:

• Monday - Friday.
• 1st Shift: 7:00 am-3:30 pm.

Availability for overtime until 5:30 pm is required in the event that production needs it.
ALL Employees will be paid time and a half for hours worked over 40.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Machinery operations may include cutting, paper, and foam production/chemical mixing.
• Maintain machine operation workflow.
• Loading and unloading of materials necessary to keep the machinery running.
• Follow work standards to ensure a quality product is produced.
• Minor troubleshooting.
• Provide assistance to support teams.
• other duties as assigned by Supervisor and Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• General safety knowledge and awareness are required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to wear a full-face respirator mask.
• Must be able to work in a chemical environment.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move to complete daily tasks.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
• Must be able to work in tight spaces.
