General Office Duties:
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Prioritize clients and guests, ensuring first-class service and leadership.
- Organize and clean office and equipment regularly.
- Manage client files and records diligently.
- Excel in client communication and enrollment, from initial contact through to successful treatment completion.
- Reach out and Network with local providers, introduce and present services, and set up referral networks.
Clinical Duties:
- Train and operate advanced medical equipment for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and Neurofeedback Therapies.
- Provide undivided attention to clients, ensuring high-quality treatment and monitoring progress.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions, educating clients on their journey to wellness.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to connect and influence positively.
- A strong sense of empathy, patience, and the ability to inspire and motivate clients.
- Previous experience in case management, marketing or sales helpful, but not required.
- Willingness to undergo training and achieve necessary certifications.
