Zions Bank is now accepting resumes for ourLeasing Services Account Executive in the Zions Credit Corporation Group.
Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to:
- Solicit and originate equipment leases and financing transactions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions, prices, structures, and quote transactions based on customer needs, market conditions, and bank requirements.
- Determine whether new leases will be acceptable risks.
- Obtain and analyze pertinent financial and credit data.
- Arrange for and conduct titles searches and obtain necessary documents.
- Identify specific target markets which will yield quality prospects.
- Ensure the preparation and processing of forms and legal documents.
- Follow current leases to ensure compliance with terms.
- Provide service to customers and prospective customers seeking leases.
- May be asked to help with other duties as needed.
Successful candidates will have the following credentials:
- Typically requires a Bachelors' degree and 2 years of directly related experience.
- Working knowledge of leasing and lease pricing.
- Solid negotiation skills, credit analysis and knowledge of lease regulations.
- Must have good customer service and public relations skills.
- PC skills required.
