We are looking for a fully remote Retirement Plan Client Relationship Manager.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for servicing and expanding existing retirement accounts by managing relationships with current clients using Qualified Retirement Plans, (i.e.; profit sharing, 401(k), defined benefit and nonqualified plans).
- Acts a liaison between client and service provider to answer inquires, analyze issues and resolve problems to keep clients satisfied.
- Responsible for implementing new plans onto selected vendor's platform.
- Provides overall leadership in conversions, implementation and on-gong servicing of all 401(k), profit sharing and defined benefit plans.
- Holds meetings with clients as needed to explore needs and provide solutions.
- Produces sales leads or add products which clients currently utilize.
- Coordinates client meetings with other specialist on team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field and some experience with retirement plans, plan design and implementation, employee education and communication or other directly related experience.
- A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
- Series 7 or 6, 63, 65 and General Lines Insurance Agents License required.
- Basic knowledge of retirement plans, plan design and implementation, 401-K plans, IRS and DOL regulations.
- Basic knowledge of fiduciary risk management, compliance, employee education and communication and investment strategies for retirement plan fiduciaries and their employees.
- Good customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Good analytical, problem resolution, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with a variety of clients and internal departments.
- Working knowledge of computer software including Windows, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
- Develops resolutions to problems of limited scope.
- Follows standard practices and procedures.
- Work is closely managed.
- Follows specific, outlined, and detailed procedures.
- Contributions are usually limited to assignment related activities.
- Failure to accomplish results can normally be overcome without a significant effect on the organization.
- Contacts are primarily with direct supervisor and other exempt professionals in the group or department.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of
Level I: $49,612.50 - $72,765.00
Level II: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00
annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
