ZLA Solutions, Inc. has a client looking to Direct Hire a CNC Operator for their facility, located in Steele, AL.

Job Title: CNC Operator.

Tooling knowledge of ; CNC Vertical Milling machine (Haas TM-1, TM3P, VF-2 with 4th axis) CNC Lathe (Haas TL1)

Software knowledge : CAD drawings

Duties:
Operate machines in a safe productive manner.
Responsible for set up from Cam (Master Cam) set up sheets, and also from Cad drawings.
Common knowledge of the following machining skills: mill, drill, tap, ream. General tolerance .003/-.003.
Need to be able to inspect machined parts when completed.
Must be familiar with Measuring Scale, Micrometers, and Calipers.
Must be able to produce high-quality parts without constant intervention.
Must be able to correctly interpret Cad Drawings Metric and Standard dimensions.
Finish parts when necessary. Sanding, Polishing, Deburring.
Keep machines and work area in orderly condition.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Overtime

Experience:

  • CNC lathe: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Steele, AL: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person
