Accounts Payable Analyst

Position Overview:

The Accounts Payable Analyst will be a key contributor to the financial operations at ZLINE. The ideal candidate is a self-driven, detail-oriented individual with a firm understanding of accounting principles. 

Responsibilities

• Analyze large sets of financial data
• Assist in the onboarding and build-out of accounts payable processes in ERP system (Netsuite)
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Manage the payable process across major areas of spend 
• Prepare financial reports and adjust journal entries
• Utilize industry-leading accounting and ERP software 
• Utilize pivot tables, lookup functions, graphing functions, etc. in Microsoft Excel

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Must be able to demonstrate Microsoft Excel skillset.
• 2 years of experience in an analytical role within accounting or finance preferred
• Experience in an accounts payable role is preferred
• Experience with Netsuite or ERP software is a plus
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles
• Computer proficiency, knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills, and a keen attention to detail
• Motivation to push yourself and go above and beyond what is asked of you
• Professional appearance and presentation skills

Working Hours & Hours of Operation

Reno, Nevada: 

Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm with a 1-hour lunch, Fridays 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch

$60,000 DOE
