For internal applicants - must be employed with ZLINE for a minimum of 6 months - 1 year and must have managers approval to transfer.
As a ZLINE Parts Associate, you will be managing and assisting in a variety of tasks revolving around our products. Whether it is keeping inventory, fulfilling part orders, or assisting our Customer Service team with questions, our Parts Associate plays a vital role on our team. We are seeking someone who wants to excel in their career, push boundaries, create new strategies and work their way up! Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Navigation of shipping and inventory management programs to locate, audit, and fulfill parts orders
- Weekly inventory audit counts of the parts department
- Replenishment of inventory when stock is low
- Assistance to the Customer Service team on product and service related questions
- Expansion of knowledge regarding our products through hands-on work with the ZLINE product line
- Attentively respond to and ship out priority or expedited shipments initiated by our Customer Service team
- Assistance to the Warehouse team when needed
What Does it Take to be a ZLINE Parts Associate
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Mechanically inclined is a plus
- Any HVAC or prior appliance repair experience a plus
- Shows great initiative. Can see when something needs to be done and completes task without being asked or told
- Puts their full effort and energy into their work daily
- Understands personal learning style and ensures needed information is retained
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great organizational and follow-up skills
- Literacy with Mac OS computer systems
- Familiarity with Google Suite(Docs, Sheets, Calendar, GMail)
- Great retention of multiple computer programs
Working Hours & Hours of Operation
Bruceton, Tennessee: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
