Zola is seeking an Office Assistant to maintain the daily operations of our NYC office. We are looking for a detail oriented problem solver who can help ensure the office of 150 people runs smoothly every day. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This is a temporary part-time role, 20-25hrs/week.
Responsibilities:
- Unpacking snack shipments
- Refilling drink fridges and snack drawers
- Unloading the dishwasher and dish drainer in the mornings
- Running dishwashers at night
- Organize and clean fridges
- Walkthrough of conference rooms, checking for cleanliness and left behind items
- Checking printers for paper levels
- Checking expo markers in conference rooms
- Checking levels on cold brew and kombucha
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace including the upkeep of conference rooms, common areas, etc.
- Assist Office Manager with Leadership lunch and other tasks as needed
- Uphold Zola values and be a culture carrier
- Please note that this job requires being in the office 5 days per week on a regular basis
