Job Summary:
Support activities relating to the daily calibration and manufacturing support environment of ZOLL Medical products, in an entry level capacity.
Essential Functions:
Maintain accurate data entry and calibration organization utilizing current Calibration Database Software Application. (GageTrak)
Including, equipment asset # and new record creation, Asset #, Calibration and Barcode label printing, Running Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports, and performing Audits as required, to maintain accurate calibration records and database.
Updating GageTrak calibration records for externally calibrated equipment as well as ZOLL calibrated equipment.
Scheduling weekly pick up and deliveries of outside Vendor Calibrations.
Maintaining internal and external customer contacts to facilitate calibration requests (expedited calibrations, deliveries, etc.) to maintain calibration schedules, on-time deliveries and elimination of overdue equipment.
Facilitates completion and scanning/archiving of correct documentation in support of calibration and manufacturing processes.
Including Manufacturing Support Forms, Equipment Repair Forms and Calibration Records.
Requisition creation for Purchase Order Requests in support of Calibration External Vendor Accounts and MSSG parts and supplies.
Involved in Departmental Process Improvements, including, Lean Training/Implementation and Kaizens.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills Requirements:
Computer literacy is required.
Microsoft Office proficient. (Outlook, word, excel, etc)
Must be a self-starter, with strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while interacting with employees of all levels within the organization.
Experience with calibration database software application and Oracle a plus.
Familiarity with operating in an ISO-9000 and Lean Manufacturing environment a plus.
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Must be able to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
Highly organized, flexible and enjoys the challenges of supporting a team of diverse people and programs.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience:
Requires a minimum of a high school diploma, Vocational/Technical degree or equivalent.
