Project Coordinator

**Job Overview:**

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Championship Ring Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role requires a profound knowledge of Photoshop, alongside proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Chrome. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and advancing our Championship Ring projects, ensuring each is tracked accurately and progresses efficiently towards completion.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain an organizational chart detailing all open Championship Ring accounts, including their current phase and timeline.

- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all championship ring orders are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

- Create and update marketing materials, including flyers and promotions for upcoming seasons, with guidance and input.

- Utilize Photoshop to design and refine visual elements of championship rings and promotional materials.

- Prioritize tasks effectively, addressing the most urgent concerns first, while maintaining a high standard of work across all activities.

- Collaborate closely with the sales and design teams to ensure accurate and timely project completion.

- In downtime, assist with additional tasks as needed, including marketing and administrative support.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Profound knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is mandatory.

- Experience with QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Chrome.

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to create, interpret, and manage detailed project charts and deadlines.

- Creative thinking with the ability to produce innovative solutions and marketing materials.

- Excellent prioritization skills, with the ability to identify and address urgent tasks effectively and efficiently.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
