Job Description:
- Location Newark, NJ, Remote(1 day in month to office for meeting)
- Drafting, review, negotiate and build consensus on Risk Adjustment and Medical Economics contracts for example, Saas, Subscription and software License agreements, NDA, BAA, Master Vendor Services agreements.
- Provide business clients with advise of potential risks and opportunities related to contract negotiations, and management of the risk;
- Paralegal Certificate or in-house legal experience highly desirable;
- Minimum 5 years direct experience in negotiating and drafting contracts
- Excellent communication, analytical and writing skills.
- Knowledge of Risk Adjustment and Medical Economics required.
- Experience in the following areas, a plus: IT licensing, maintenance and support services, finance, insurance,; Healthcare industry, insurance company regulation, corporate governance, and subsidiary maintenance.
