Position Overview:
The Content Manager will support our growing organization by performing the day-to-day operational management of our learning content, which includes playbooks, SOPs, videos, and policies. It also includes the management of our Digital Asset Management (DAM) content. This includes engaging in cross-departmental collaboration to identify, gather and document processes; editing existing materials and writing new playbooks, SOPs, and policies; maintaining a regular content review cadence; providing status reports as well as other tasks to support the content being relevant and current.

- Communicate (both verbal and written) with contacts across different business units in a professional and clear manner in order to foster a sense of collaboration
- Well versed in SharePoint structure and organization for information management
- Review content and policy submissions for completeness, spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors
- Create, maintain and report on material updates in a regular cadence
- Maintain list of departmental contacts and update based on terminations, promotions, departmental changes, and hires
- Create and maintain projects plans, including providing status, setting reminders, assigning tasks etc.
- Able to manage multiple tasks at one time and prioritize those tasks accordingly
- Maintains solutions-oriented perspective
Required Experience and Skillset:
The following are the experience and key skills required for the position:
- Education BA/BS in Business, Technology or Education or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, spelling, sentence structure etc.
- 2 years required of a content writing, management, proofreading and editing experience
- 5 years working in the IT field in a business analyst, sales enablement, training, or operations capacity
- Ability to collaborate successfully with different levels of the organization
- Expert knowledge of SharePoint
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects, activities, and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong desire to learn and excel
- Team player mentality
- Strong sense and drive to develop effective tools for the environment

- Establishing a routine review cycle for content
- Working with SMEs to collaborate on updates and enhancements to content
- Perform the necessary steps to manage the content maintenance process and all parties involved.
