Must have:Chemical Processing Industry experienceEngineering Management experienceDeveloping & Managing Budgets experienceLinkedIn AccountNice to have:Project Management experienceMaintenance Technician experienceResponsibilities:Manage a team of Engineers and Maintenance TechniciansFormulate and execute annual capital budgets while creating estimates and schedules for project costs.Oversee the installation and offer progress updates to ensure the effective operation of plant projects.Devise and carry out strategies focused on preserving, improving, or expanding the plant's capital infrastructure.Take the lead in identifying, planning, and executing projects geared towards improving current manufacturing processes, increasing efficiency, cutting costs, enhancing yields, and reducing waste.Engage external engineering firms when internal expertise is unavailable.Develop and put into action training programs for introducing new technologies or equipmentProvide technical engineering assistance to the plant, which includes developing and maintaining technical and engineering standards.Qualifications:Bachelors DegreePrevious experience in the Chemical Processing Industry is requiredPrevious experience in Engineering Management is requiredPrevious experience in Developing & Managing Budgets is requiredProject Management experienceMicrosoft OfficeVerbal and Written communication skillsISO Standards
