Overview

Zonos is seeking a VP of Product to help our scaling technology company. The VP of Product will work closely with all members of the executive team and report directly to the CEO. In this role you will lead product management and design by developing a best in class team aligned around a defined roadmap focused on leading the business forward. The VP of Product will work closely with all divisions of the organization, collaborating closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, in particular.

• Solidify Zonos as the best in class leader through innovative solutions that differentiate us in the market
• Continue to build and develop and high-performing Product team focused on collaboration, development, and ownership
• Develop and improve processes for product discovery and development
• Build and execute on a product roadmap with achievable and trackable KPIs
• Balance short-term customer needs with long-term vision and strategy
• Own scaling an API first product
• Build and implement the processes and systems that will accelerate a product-led growth organization
• Lead a culture of external and internal writing and documentation

• Have significant relevant experience (10 years) as a contributor and leader in the Product organization including with a high-growth SaaS company
• Understand how to lead and work with an API first product API
• Preferable have an E-commerce background
• Are experience with negotiating complex deals to create mutual value
• Have managed directly or worked closely with Product Marketing and understand target personas and audiences
• Enjoy talking to partners, customers, and prospects
• Have the technical prowess to ask the right questions internally around architecture and API makeup
