Maintenance Technician

This position will oversee multiple facilities within our Rochester, NY region. Our new Maintenance Technician will play an integral role in the growth of Zoom Tan and will be responsible for overseeing the quality control of our stores and will work collaboratively with our management teams to ensure customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. • Hourly Rate Range: $30-$40 per hour, based on skillset and experience

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all salon equipment to include but not limited to HVAC, electrical units, plumbing, carpentry, and communication services
• Responsible for forward planning and implementing proactive measures to ensure all store locations meet customer and company expectations
• Responsible for the management of all equipment receipt and installation
• Responsible for assisting with the coordination and execution of location improvements
• Responsible to communicate effectively and efficiently with all stores and corporate locations
• Responsible for positive and professional interaction with area technicians throughout multiple states
• Responsible for the adherence to Zoom Tan policies and procedures
• Responsible for attending and participating in all assigned meetings
• Responsible for usingvarious power tools and hand tools efficiently
• All other duties as assigned
