We are seeking an organized and detailoriented OfficeClerk to join our team. The Office Clerk will be responsible forperforming various administrative tasks to ensure the efficientoperation of our office.
The ideal candidate has excellentcommunication and organizational skills can handle multiple taskssimultaneously and has a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Prepare documents such as memos invoices andreports using word processing spreadsheet and presentationsoftware.
- Answer phone calls take messages andredirect calls to appropriate departments orindividuals.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mailincluding sorting distributing and preparing mail forshipment.
- Schedule appointments and meetingsand coordinate conference room reservations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new suppliesas needed.
- Assist with the organization andmaintenance of electronic and physical filing systems.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
