The full time Asset Management Accountant position possesses a blend of analytical and transactional functions and is responsible for LEV assets and inventory management, reconciliation, and costing analysis, as well as supporting the Financial Controller with audit, month end and other activities as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Leading and managing inventory and fleet assets accounting, cost analysis valuation, cashflow forecast and reporting for LEV, batteries, spare parts
- Developing and maintaining accurate costing systems and ensuring all LEV-related costs are identified and recorded accurately, resolving variance in a timely manner
- Processing stock reconciliations and co-ordination of stocktakes globally
- Provide asset accounting and governance services to maintain the integrity of the fleet asset register
- Proactively contribute to the continuous development of inventory and fleet asset policies and procedures
- Assisting with month-end closing process, annual audit and other tasks assigned by Financial Controller
