Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply

product knowledge to meet them

  • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the

marketing department.

  • Carry out cold-reaching in order to create interest in products and services, generate

new business leads and arranges meetings

  • Market and promote a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and

reaching out to potential leads.

  • Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets
  • Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional

products and upgrades
Requirements :

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT service sales, customer acquisition, and business development. Experience with sales related to Hybris, commerce cloud, content management systems, e-commerce, integration.
  • Good communication skills, confident presentation skills, and a professional telephone

manner,
