Roles and Responsibilities :
- Gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply
product knowledge to meet them
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the
marketing department.
- Carry out cold-reaching in order to create interest in products and services, generate
new business leads and arranges meetings
- Market and promote a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and
reaching out to potential leads.
- Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets
- Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional
products and upgrades
Requirements :
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT service sales, customer acquisition, and business development. Experience with sales related to Hybris, commerce cloud, content management systems, e-commerce, integration.
- Good communication skills, confident presentation skills, and a professional telephone
manner,
