Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Operate the POS system and handle cash register transactions
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Skills:
- Experience in food preparation and handling
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficiency in operating the Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale systems
- Strong math skills for cash handling and making change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and help out in various areas of the restaurant
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
