Office Assistant
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents.
- Provide customer support by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting with inquiries.
- Act as a personal assistant to the office manager by managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Serve as a clerk by maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Utilize Google Suite applications to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Conduct proofreading and editing tasks to ensure accuracy of written materials.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing clerical tasks.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-R2V3 and DTSC knowledge HIGHLY PREFERRED. if already have knowledge with how to do paperwork with these organizations. starting at $22/hr
