Sr. Business Systems Analyst- Cloud provisioning and SaaS Order Management

Position: Sr. Business Systems Analyst- Salesforce

Location: Remote within United States

As a Salesforce Senior Business Systems Analyst you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our Salesforce platform to support and enhance our business process in Provisioning. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, interact closely with key stakeholders, and leverage your expertise to design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to our unique needs.

Responsibilities/What You’ll Do:

• Business Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with key stakeholders from Engineering, Product Management, Customer Support, Sales Engineers, and Order Operations to gather and analyze business requirements related to Cloud provisioning of Zscaler products
• Salesforce Configuration: Leverage your deep knowledge of Salesforce to configure and customize the platform to meet specific business needs. This includes creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, translating business requirements into technical solutions and ensuring alignment.
• Data Analysis: Utilize Salesforce reporting and analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations for continuous process improvement.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce configurations, processes, and best practice related to Provisioning
• User Training and Support : Provide training and support to end users, ensuring they can effectively use the platform to meet their business goals.
• Provisioning Process Enhancement: Work closely with the Sales Engineers to understand their  provisioning needs during demo of Zscaler products to Prospects.Work closely with Order Operations team and optimize the salesforce processes which help in closure of Opportunities.
• Cloud Provisioning: Streamline and automate Cloud provisioning processes within Salesforce, enabling auto provisioning capabilities to all Zscaler products

Qualifications/Your Background:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA or relevant certifications a plus).
• 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong expertise in Cloud provisioning and SaaS Order Management.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Proficiency in configuring Salesforce, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
• Familiarity with pre-sales processes, quoting, order management and provisioning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator) preferred
