Position: Technical Lead, Finance Engineering
Location: Remote within United States
The Technical Lead will provide advanced technical insights and lead a team of developers to deliver projects and enhancements across finance modules. Also, will work with the Project/Program Manager, Business Analysts/Architects, Support team, and Engineering to provide advanced technical solutions on the NetSuite platform.
Responsibilities/What You’ll Do
As Technical Lead, your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Platform SuiteBuilder customizations including custom fields, custom record types, custom transactions, and segments
- Addressing business process gaps through customization tools such as workflowsand SuiteScript
- Developing or assisting in integrations between 3rd party systems and NetSuite
- Developing solutions that involve custom records, custom transactions, automations, scripts and workflows
- Track project and task assignments, and follow up with the cross functional on outstanding items
- Respond to support requests that require scripting and other advanced customizations
- Assist and development analytics using on-platform tools such as saved searches and reports as well as through custom methods
- Lead the Technical Roadmap for the NetSuite Platform
Qualifications/Your Background
- At least 10 years of experience with NetSuite
- At least 7 years of experience with NetSuite SuiteScript (1.0 or 2.0) and/or SuiteFlow (workflow builder)
- Experience in SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteCloud Development Framework.
- Experience with web services (REST, SOAP).
- Exposure to Salesforce, Coupa, Concur, Adaptive Planning is a plus.
- Experience developing integrations between NetSuite and 3rd party systems
- Understanding of Finance Processes for Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report is a plus.
- Knowledge of any of the following: JSON, JavaScript, HTML, or SQL is a plus
- Any background in other CRM, ERP, or Accounting software is a plus
- NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification is a plus.
