Overview
- Reverse Mortgage experience is must.
- Strong understanding of Mortgage Domain and terminology.
- Provide support to all Mortgage related queries to business users.
- Document the key goals/needs of the project and convert to Business Requirement Document (BRD)
- Drive business requirement process and conduct JAR/JAD sessions when applicable
- Analyze the Business / System requirements and model Business rules
- Work with multiple stakeholders to get consensus on priority requirements
- Analysis of business requirements and creation of user stories / acceptance criteria for in scope items.
- Conduct Data Analysis, Data profiling and identify patterns
- Send status reports on the activities planned vs completed
- Prepare business scenarios and UAT test scenarios
- Support of Development SIT and UAT teams on requirement clarification.
- Strong Change Management experience
- Risk analysis and Product function development as applicable.
