Job Details
5 or more years of experience supporting enterprise payroll and compensation initiatives (e.g., SAP, Kronos, SuccessFactors, and SaaS products preferred).
- Extensive knowledge of HR processes and data integration architecture (preferred: High level of proficiency in Features/Functions, End-to-end Configuration and/or Dev experience, and integration experience).
- Leverage expertise to effectively communicate and collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., HR, HRSD, HRIT, Divisional IT, Divisional Customers) throughout all project life cycles (e.g., Requirements, Realization/Build Iterations, Testing Iterations, Deployment and Support)
- Action Oriented: Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
