- On-Premises break-fix in two Greater Cleveland Locations

o Fortinet Firewalls
o Fortinet Web App Firewalls
- Hardware Server and Storage support and Management
o Dell/PowerStore SAN units
o Dell/PowerEdge Server Units
o Dell Fiber SAN Switches
- Switch management and configuration
o Cisco Switches
- VMware / VCenter Configuration and Management
o Vsphere 6.7
- Window server OS support
o Active directory for production application environment
o WSUS – OS Windows patching
o SQL Server Cluster management
o DFS
- SSL Certificate management
- Vormetric/Thales Support and management
o Data Security Manager/Transparent Encryption Agents
- Global cape EFT support
- Solarwinds WEB Helpdesk support
