Deploy and maintain Pega Implementation On prem and on cloud
Responsible for planning and implementation of patches and upgrades
Responsible for Installation administration configuration and managing security for case flows and interfaces
Review and identify different opportunities for performance improvement to ensure scalability availability
Provides L3 technical support to Onshore Offshore Team
