Parts Exchange Coordinator
Duration: 3 Months Contract
Location: Orlando, FL 32822
Summary
- The Parts Exchange Coordinator will be responsible for support to meet customer turnaround time (TAT) requirements.
- The position will focus on driving serviceable equipment fulfillment to our customers through the management and utilization of our Exchange Stock.
- The position will maintain the availability and appropriate levels of standard exchange stock, by working with the Supply Chain, Repair Operations, and Sales & Marketing teams.
- Requires constant oversight of incoming exchange requests to be properly administered within the various systems used and working with logistics/shipping teams to ensure related customer orders are shipped each day.
- Will also monitor completed repairs to ensure they are seamlessly flowing back into stock.
Job Description:
- The parts Exchange Coordinator is required to be onsite in Orlando
- 80% of the work will be in an office environment; 20% or less the worker may have to go to the warehouse to assist with finding parts (do NOT have to operate forklifts, pick parts, etc.)
- Candidates must be able to prioritize and manage multiple priorities at once, must have attention to detail
- No on-call hours, standard office hours
- 30-minute virtual interview, then manager will make a hiring decision
- Aviation Industry experience is a plus but NOT required
- Oversees and participates in the management and utilization of exchange stock Supports targeted performance of TAT using available exchange stock when TAT will not be achieved by the repair center (in-house or subcontracted).
- Responsible for maintaining exchange stock properly in SAP.
- Analyze and correct stock discrepancies including exchange stock in blocked status that is not in current repair process.
- Increase acceptance rate of exchange stock offers by managing the configurations, amendment levels and age of the stock.
- Works with the Trading organization in collaboration with SCM and AMT to identify and sell unused or old stock by performing routine evaluations of the stock.
- Executes Exchange transactions in Part Edge and the Repair Order in SAP
Minimum Requirements:
- High school graduate with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant customer service operations-related experience.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure in an autonomous environment.
- Experience using ERP or order management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills are required.
- Must be able to work independently and cooperate across functional teams.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience in repair operations.
- Experience within in the Aviation Industry is a plus.
Physical Demands
Able to lift 25 pounds and carry short distances on an infrequent basis.

Salary: $13.95 - $25.00 per hour
