Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment on towers and various structures.
• Adhere to all company and industry safety standards.
• Assist in the scheduling and coordination of crew members and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with the Tower Foreman regarding any issues or concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation of completed work and materials utilized.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills for effective team interaction.
• Ability to climb and work at significant heights.
• Capacity to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and flexible hours, including being on call as needed.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is considered an asset.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of preferred experience in the telecommunications sector.
• Experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment on towers is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
