Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Tech-Savviness - Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with calendar management tools and other productivity software.
Solid experience with various social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
Must have a valid driver's license this position requires driving, errands daily.
Must be located near Downtown Miami and/or Brickell area.
This role entails providing support to the CEO daily, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
It does not adhere to a fixed schedule.
On call at all with no set hours, ensuring readiness to assist with tasks and responsibilities needed daily.
Bilingual is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
Managing Agent’s daily schedule, including appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing documents.
Coordinate and organize events and meetings with a creative touch.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to enhance business opportunities.
Create and curate content for the executive's social media profiles.
Develop a content calendar and implement strategies to enhance online presence.
