Experienced Estate Planning Attorney

Responsibilities:
- Manage the Estate Planning practice and oversee all estate planning matters.
- Handle matters from initial consultation to finalization, including wills, trusts, and related estate planning matters.
- Provide expert legal counsel and develop customized estate plans tailored to clients' needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of estate planning laws.
- Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents with meticulous care.
- Uphold the firm's core values in all interactions and legal practices.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
- Sufficient experience to be proficient in handling estate planning matters independently.
- Proven track record of managing a caseload and successfully handling estate planning matters.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
