Job Description

We are a state-of-the-art multi-specialty private dental practice with a busy existing oral surgery program that has tremendous potential for growth and expansion. We invite you to launch and/or grow your career from our existing patient base and beyond.

Oral Surgeon will have opportunity to collaborate with our in-house prosthodontist on big cases like All-on-4s, and we have a CBCT on site. Frequent procedures include third molar extractions, single and multi-implant placement, bone grafts, etc. Moderate sedation permit in place. Typical daily production $10,000-$20,000.

Join as an associate, and grow towards a potential buy-in after one year. We envision the Oral Surgeon taking initiative to help our practice grow - be an entrepreneur without taking big loans and starting from scratch.

Ideal candidate is a friendly, compassionate, team-oriented board certified or board eligible Oral Surgeon.

Compensation:

  • Commensurate with experience
  • Percentage of collections

Hours:

  • 1 days per week

Requirements:

  • Active Massachusetts dental license
  • Board-certified or Board-eligible Oral Surgeon
  • Positive and friendly personality
  • Strong work ethic
  • Thorough and attentive to detail
  • Gentle and professional chairside manner
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • 18 years or older

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $1,000.00 per day
