Zyscovich is a nationally renowned integrated Urban Design, Architecture, and Interior Design firm headquartered in Miami, with additional locations in Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, New York City, Bogota and Tobago. Zyscovich's 45 year portfolio includes aviation, education, mixed-use, multi-family, hospitality, retail, and commercial facilities.
The PROJECT MANAGER will work with an architectural team responsible for the development of production drawings and specifications from schematic through construction document phases.
- Develop designs in coordination with client requirements, specifications, and goals. Capable of communicating design ideas using sketches, and computer design tools such as 3D modeling, AutoCAD, BIM (Revit), SketchUp, Abode Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
- Prepare presentations and produce documents through to the construction phase.
- Compile materials associated with the development of the Project (i.e., material samples and specifications).
- Coordinate and maintain project files including correspondence, drawings, and other relevant materials associated with projects.
- Manage during the construction administration in the review and processing of shop drawings and approvals of material samples.
- Provide support to office team and management staff.
- Communicate with clients and contractors as required.
- Coordinate with project-related subconsultants.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of FL Building Codes and construction drawing standards
- Proficiency in BIM/Revit software is essential, along with experience in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in adaptive reuse, building renovation, and expansion required.
- Previous involvement in education projects is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Bluebeam.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, attention to detail and highly organized.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
