To become a clinical liaison, you will typically need to have a background in nursing, social work, or a related field. Many employers prefer candidates with a bachelor‘s degree and relevant work experience. Clinical liaisons must also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be working with patients, families, and healthcare providers on a regular basis. Some employers may also require clinical liaisons to hold a valid driver‘s license and have a clean driving record.
