The CEO of UPS in 2021 had a base salary of $1,336,251 and total compensation of $27,620,893. The new CEO, Carol Tome, will receive the same base salary and a Management Incentive Program target award valued at 165% of her base salary. Additionally, she will have a Long-Term Incentive Performance program target award valued at 735% of her base salary and a stock option grant valued at 90% of her base salary, along with 30 days of vacation and 5 personal days per year. Tome is replacing the former CEO, David Abney, who received total compensation of $15,060,876, including a salary of $1,234,992 and stock awards of $10,459,956. As part of the transition agreement, Dabney continued to receive his current base salary through December 31, 2020 and received a 2020 Management Incentive Program target award valued at 165% of his base salary, as well as a 2020 Long-Term Incentive Performance program target award valued at 300% of his base salary.
