We don't have meetings just for the sake of it. Leadership is fine, but communication could be improve. It’s clear that they see us as more than just workers; they see us as people. Training is available but largely self-guided. Summer Fridays are a much-loved benefit! That extra half-day each week in the summer allows for more time with family and friends.

The leadership team is approachable and listens to employee feedback, often implementing suggested changes. It feels good to be rewarded fairly for my contributions. Communication from leadership is professional but sometimes impersonal. Excellent leadership and work-life balance. Some teams were very prompt while others took longer.
