Position Overview: The O&M Account Manager acts as the primary interface for RSI’s existing customer base, ensuring our customers are taken care of. The Account Manager will ensure customers are aware of O&M reimbursable service packages, to include monitoring and maintenance after the initial contract period, extended warranties, billing analysis, re-powers, retrofits, capturing WREGIS renewable energy credits.
