Harvest Manager Responsibilities: Supervise harvest area of the plant. Direct superintendents and managers to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure the plant meets productivity and yield standards. Lead the management team in achieving cost-efficient operations. Oversee the progressive disciplinary action system.
